You can also come by the counseling offices on the first floor of the Administrative building, and one of our therapists will help you as soon as they are able.

If a therapist is not available and it is NOT a crisis, leave your name with the office administrators and a therapist will call you out of class at their next opportunity.

Reasons you may want to reach out to talk to someone:

  • Anxious, worried, or feeling more stressed than usual

  • Angry, irritable, snapping at friends and family

  • Sad, lonely, isolated, hopeless, feeling worthless, depressed

  • Self-harming or suicidal thoughts
