HOW TO SEE A THERAPIST AT THS:
Use the form to the right to submit a request for a check-in or therapy session, as well as to refer a friend or peer.
You can also come by the counseling offices on the first floor of the Administrative building, and one of our therapists will help you as soon as they are able.
If a therapist is not available and it is NOT a crisis, leave your name with the office administrators and a therapist will call you out of class at their next opportunity.

Anxious, worried, or feeling more stressed than usual
Angry, irritable, snapping at friends and family
Sad, lonely, isolated, hopeless, feeling worthless, depressed
Self-harming or suicidal thoughts
