HOW TO SEE A THERAPIST AT THS:
Use the form to the right to submit a request for a check-in or therapy session, as well as to refer a friend or peer.
​
You can also come by the counseling offices on the first floor of the Administrative building, and one of our therapists will help you as soon as they are able.
If a therapist is not available and it is NOT a crisis, leave your name with the office administrators and a therapist will call you out of class at their next opportunity.

We have many different opportunities outside of our school-based services to connect students with free or low-fee care.
Care Solace helps you connect to a mental health provider who takes your insurance. Click here to make a connection and begin the matching process.
Hazel Health provides immediate, short-term mental health support (approximately 6 sessions). If you student needs longer support, they help match your student with an appropriate therapist. Click here to refer your student.
Allcove is a local Teen Center serving all students in the South Bay. They offer a variety of resources, including mental health support. Click here to learn more
