for the 2023-2024 Schoolyear

The Torrance High School College and Career Center looks forward to hosting College representatives and Career / Military Speakers!
​
Visits are scheduled at TUTORIAL, LUNCH or AFTER SCHOOL and
ALL GRADE LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND!
MILITARY is ON-CAMPUS at LUNCH in front of the LIBRARY

All COLLEGE visits/presentations will be scheduled through Naviance
​

You can work on the app now - but you can only submit between October 1st - November 30th

Once Apps Open - You can submit your application upon completion.

Whether this route is your First Choice, or a Back-up - We encourage ALL THS Students to complete an application in the Fall of Senior Year.

Summer 2024 Application opens October 1st. If you plan to start courses immediately after graduation - start with the Summer 2033 App!

What to focus on NOW...

Create your PORTAL for any college that asked you to do so... This is how they will communicate with you from now on!

If you have not been asked to create a Portal - continue to check your email often for any updates/requests.​

In either case, Portals and emails should be checked at least once a week. If you miss a deadline, you could be forfeiting admission!

Start requesting your 7th Semester Transcripts through the COUNSELING OFFICE

"Some" colleges ask you for your Senior Year 1st semester final grades as part of their review process for admission.

Complete your Financial Aid Application.

Some 4-Year Universities have earlier deadlines, AND some private institutions may ask you to complete the CSS Profile.
