  • Need to order a transcript? The Counseling Office is open Monday thru Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM for transcript requests. You may come in person, send someone to come in person for you, or mail in your request. Please follow the instructions here

    • Week of March 15th - Scheduling window to submit course requests through PowerSchool opens March 15th. Deadline to submit course requests for next year is Friday, March 19th.

  •  Current 10th Grade (Rising 11th) 

    • Week of March 8th -  Grade level classroom presentations in English classes during week. 

    • Week of March 15th - Daily counseling office hours available to discuss course selections for current 10th graders only. 

    • Week of March 22nd - Scheduling window to submit course requests through PowerSchool opens March 22nd. Deadline to submit course requests for next year is Friday, March 26th.

  • Current 11th Grade (Rising 12th) 

    • Week of March 22nd -  Grade level classroom presentations in English classes during week. 

    • Week of March 29th - Daily counseling office hours available to discuss course selections for current 11th graders only. 

    • Week of April 12th - Scheduling window to submit course requests through PowerSchool opens April 12th. Deadline to submit course requests for next year is Friday, April 16th.

The mission of the Counseling Department at Torrance High School is to provide a comprehensive counseling program that is aligned with the vision and mission of the Torrance Unified School District and the national standards set forth by the American School Counselor Association.
